Repairs management have been in the motor vehicle
accident
repairer industry for nearly 24 years. During this time the manufacture
and repair of motor vehicles has changed dramatically, as has the
lodgment of an insurance claim. Gone are the days where you filled out
a form, mailed it off and waited patiently to have your repairs
authorised.
Both Mark and Richard have worked for large insurance companies so they both know how it feels for the customer, who on average, only makes a claim with their insurer around once in 7 years. We will make it our job to ensure that you get through the claim and repair process with minimal fuss. We have also worked at some of the largest repair facilities in Melbourne so appreciate that timely repair turn around is of paramount importance. As you will be aware, the water restrictions in place make us all reflect on our own personal use of natural resources. To ensure that we are not using scarce drinking water to wash vehicles, we have installed a 5,000 litre water tank and collect rain water from our premises to wash our customers completed vehicles. This saves around 70 litres of water per car, as you can imagine over a year this is a lot of water. We also utilise a cardboard packaging recycling program using Veolia. This ensures that valuable landfill space is not take up by recyclable materials. To further reduce landfill we have all waste panel steel collected, which is then recycled to ensure best possible use of our natural resources. |
