If you don't want to make a claim on your policy and are not at fault in the accident we can advise you on the best method to settle your claim.

Our experience in the insurance industry as previously employed motor vehicle loss assessors and accident repairers will give you confidence to deal with your insurer should you need to make a claim. We deal with all insurance companies and can advise you as to the best way to handle your claim.

Should you decide to claim on your policy, the quickest way in which we can get your repairs started is that you have your claim number when you come to see us. The claim number is the key to getting your vehicle repairs started.

To assist you we have listed the following checklist of details you will need from your accident:

• Name, address and contact number of all drivers involved
• Name of Insurance Companies of all drivers involved
• Name of your Insurance Company
• Registration numbers of all vehicles involved
• Names of any witnesses to the accident
• Take note of road your were driving along
• DO NOT ADMIT LIABILITY

If your vehicle is not drivable you will need to ring Accident Allocation on 13-11-13 to arrange a tow truck to collect your vehicle. Stay with your vehicle until the tow truck arrives, tell the tow truck driver the vehicle must go to Acclaim Accident Repairs.

Remember it is your vehicle and the tow company must take it to where you want it to go.
